Biography
The prolific scoring big man was instrumental in the Sydney Kings winning a championship in NBL22, he then went and won a championship in Israel and now returns to the NBL with the Adelaide 36ers.
Having recently turned 30, the 6'10 versatile big man is a proven commodity having previously spent two seasons in the NBL at the Sydney Kings having started his professional career following two years at Louisiana State University.
He left college following his sophomore season and was selected with pick 25 in the 2015 NBA Draft by the Memphis Grizzlies and went on to play 146 games in the NBA with that club over the next three seasons.
Joined the Orlando Magic for another 45 NBA appearances for the 2018/19 season before spending time in China and then joining the Kings in the NBL for the first time in 2020/21.
He produced 17.9 points and 6.9 rebounds a game in a strong first NBL season which led to an NBA return for four appearances at the Utah Jazz in 2021.
Was back to the Kings and was a key part of the NBL championship winning team in 2022 with 15.8 points and 8.4 boards across the season before then winning a championship in Israel with Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Then spent the 2023/24 season with Galatasaray in Turkey ahead of now returning to the NBL albeit at the 36ers to reteam with championship winning teammate at the Kings, DJ Vasiljevic and to team up in the front court with Isaac Humphries in what looks a dangerous duo.
